Jamie XX takes one of my favourite tracks from The XX's sophmore album and gives it a subtle injection of Dance. This guy's work rate is second to none, and what he produces is never short of wonderful. Get it HERE.

My final list of 2012 comes in the form of my Top 20 Remixes of 2012, which is always a fun one to put together, and is helped by the fact that there have been some amazing reworks over the past 12 months. As with many people, I'm sure there was only going to be one winner this year, so hit the jump to see what topped the list, and listen to all 20. Merry Christmas people x
Not necessarily the 100 BEST songs of 2012, but here is The House Of Coxhead's 100 favourite songs of 2012. I tried to make the list as diverse as possible, but it was hard to get it down to 100 when my 2012 playlist has 8,000+ songs. Probably missed out a couple of glaring mistakes, but this is a fair representation of what has stood out for me over the past 12 months. Let me know what would have made your list, and I hope you all have an amazing Christmas!
Pretty self explanatory really - my 20 favourite albums of 2012, with a few notable mentions to go with it. A pretty fantastic year for music, if you ask me. Make sure you listen to any of these that you haven't, and let know if there any others that would have made your list! Bring on 2013...
Croatian-based festival Hideout have today unveiled the second part of their 2013 line-up, which sees Seth Troxler, Julio Bashmore, Bicep, Soul Clap and many more added to an already stellar week of music. Tickets are selling fast, but you can still get some HERE, for what is sure to be the festival of the year.
A short documentary by Pitchfork, which gives you an insight into one of the best places to party in the world, The Warehouse Project.
'The Evolution Of Man' is one of my favourite tracks from Example's fourth studio album of the same name, which was released today in the UK. The track is produced by Alex Smith, who also produced the latest single 'Close Enemies', and is a very honest reflection on how EG has grown as both an artist and a person over the past couple years. Get your copy HERE.
After premiering it at V Festival earlier this year, Example tonight dropped into Greg James' Radio 1 show to share the studio version of 'Perfect Replacement' with the world. The track is produced by 'Midnight Run' collaborator Feed Me and will feature on EG's fourth studio album 'The Evolution Of Man', which is out on Monday. Pre-order HERE.
