Following on from his session for Zane Lowe the other night, Ed Sheeran dropped into the Manchester based XFM studio to perform 5 tracks; including A-Team, UNI, Wake Me Up, Wayfaring Stranger & You Need Me. As Ed said himself, it's refreshing for a radio station to let him perform a small set, rather than squashing him in to a small booth to do just one or two tracks. Back in 2005 superstar rapper KanYe West dropped into the MTV Base studio with DJ A-Trak to tell the stories behind the rhymes from his first two albums, College Dropout and Late Registration. Jay-Z did a ridiculous MTV Unplugged session, but for me this is the best live session that any rapper has ever done. This is the KanYe that I fell in love with 7 years ago and this is the KanYe that I will always remember. You can download all 11 tracks HERE and reminisce about how incredibly talented this man is.

Many people believe that KanYe's performance at Coachella was his greatest of all-time. For me I'm not sure anything will ever beat Jay joining him twice and the Manchester Apollo gig when College Dropout had just been released, but this was absolutely incredible, and you can download the MP3s HERE. A must for any KanYe fan. I still love him.

Here is Miss Erykah Badu’s spectacular performance from the main stage @ Coachella yesterday. She is my favourite female artist by such a long way, and this proves exactly way. Her vibrant personality always shines through when she performs. Love love love.
