Smasher drafts in a stellar line-up for his new single, which features verses from Wretch 32, Loudmouth Melvin & Black The Ripper, alongside an infectious chorus from Maverick Sabre. A very sick video and an equally massive track. Available for free download from HERE soon...
Trailer of the video for the lead single from Devlin's forthcoming sophmore album, which features Ed Sheeran on the chorus and Labrinth on production. Video coming soon, released August 19th...
Back in 2006 when he was still rapping, Slovenian producer Gramatik sampled 'Don't Let Me Down' by The Beatles, over which he later recorded lyrics. He has revisited the track again in 2012, removing the raps and adding lots of other live instruments, synths and samples to create a wonderful instrumental Hip-Hop jam. One of my favourite producers in the world for the past few years, he never fails.
Wale is the latest to jump on the Dubstep wave in America, spitting over a track by Skrillex entitled 'Let's Get Down'. Nobody seems to know where this is intended for yet, but it's pretty cool - only the radio rip for now.
Dubstep duo Excision & Datsik recently uploaded a free download to SoundCloud, which sees them add a dirty bassline and some massive sounding drums to Lil Wayne's Hip-Hop club anthem 'A Millie'. A very enjoyable free download.
Released inconjuction with the Plan B directed iLL Manors, along with production from Plastician & a featured performance from Sean Seger, here is the official video for the new single from Ceaser. The upcoming singer/songwriter first shot onto the scene last year due to his feature on Dream McLean's 'Golden', and since then has been working on his debut EP 'Ceaser London', which is set for release later this Summer. Cool tune, very powerful voice.
Two of my favourite tracks from the highly anticipated collaborative album from Rewd Adams & The Last Skeptik. 'How Not To Make A Living' is packed full of incredibly tight production, flawless rhymes and subject matters, alongside some finely selected features - all of these together make this one of the best UK Hip-Hop albums for some time, which is nothing less than I expected from these two extremely talented artists. You can get a copy from BandCamp HERE, or pre-order from iTunes if you'd prefer. Either way, please make sure you get this, you won't regret it.
Some funny and unique visuals for the new single from Welsh rapper Elro, which is set to be released June 18th. You can also catch Elro live at XOYO on June 21st or YoYo's on July 27th.
