Bobby Womack - Please Forgive My Heart (Prod. Damon Albarn)

After seeing Bobby Womack perform in concert just before Christmas, it was clear he was not in a good way following his battle with prostate cancer, but it's amazing to hear that he has new material on the way. 'Please Forgive My Heart' is the lead single from Bob's forthcoming album 'The Bravest Man In The World', which has been co-produced by Damon Albarn & Richard Russell and will be his first LP since 'Resurrection' in 1994. There are bound to be comparsions to Gil Scott's 'I'm New Here' & 'We're New Here', but to me it sounds like the King (Godfather is already taken) of Soul has created something totally unique and fresh, which is all I would expect from one of the greatest artists to walk the planet. Download the single for free HERE and the album is out June 11th.

KOF - Child Of The Ghetto (Video)

Here is the official video for the debut single from Liverpool-born singer/songwriter KOF, which is produced by Empey and is set for release on March 25th. The production is relatively simple, but KOF's story-telling ability and soothing vocal tone bring the track to life. You will also be able to find it on his forthcoming EP 'An Alternative Soul', which drops April 8th. Lots of love for this guy.

Aloe Blacc - You Make Me Smile (Video)

Taken from one of the best albums of the past 5 years 'Good Things', here is the latest visual offering from Mr. Aloe Blacc. Without doubt one of the most feel-good tracks from the LP, which still gets regular weekly plays from me. Finding this guy before he shot into the limelight was my best find ever, he is simplu incredible.

Adele x Daft Punk - Something About The Fire (Carlos Serrano Mix)

Sick of Adele yet? Yeah, me neither, so here is another mash-up, but this might be the best yet. Carlos Serrano has taken the Grammy Award-winning superstar's 'Set Fire To The Rain' and put her stunning vocals over the classic Daft Punk track 'Something About You', which features on their incredible 2001 release 'Discovery'. Click play, and thank me later.

Nicolas Jaar - What My Last Girl Put Me Through

Young starlet Nicolas Jaar's highly sought after 'Bluewave Edits' album in 2011 was packed full of brilliant re-takes, including tracks by Missy Elliot and The Blow, but it was his re-vision of the Mike & The Censations track 'There’s Nothing I Can Do About It' that was without doubt the stand out. This was released as a 'promotion only' single, but is now being released is an official collaboration between Wolf+Lamb and Ubiquity Records. Pre-Order the 12'' HERE.

Lionel Richie & Willie Nelson - Easy

March 26th will see the release of Lionel Richie's highly anticipated duets album 'Tuskegee'. The album is in honour of the city in Alabama where Richie grew and where his first musical influences came from, which includes Gospel, R&B, and Country. This record explores these influences in new takes on 13 of his most loved singles, inviting some of his favourite artists along to share the journey. Richie is joined by legendary artists such as Shania Twain, Kenny Rogers and Willie Nelson as well as his pick of today's contemporary scene.

Nina Kraviz - Aus (Feat. King Aus On The Mic) x Turn On The Radio

There aren't many artists who you fancy as much as you love their music, but for me Nina Kraviz probably tops that category. The young Siberian producer yesterday released her self-titled debut album, and it's clear for all to see that she has come a very long way since her first standout releases on the likes of Cocoon & BPitch. Working with with Acid House and experimental off-beat rhythms, Kraviz has created a dark and enchanting masterpiece, which has lots of love and soul embedded from start to finish. Check out my two favourite tracks after the jump and get your copy HERE.

Estelle - Wonderful Life

'Wonderful Life' is one of my favourite tracks from Estelle's hotly anticipated third studio album 'All Of Me', which is set to be released March 12th on Atlantic. The song sees the London-born R&B star back to her best, showcasing her vocal talents and songwriting skills over a pretty simple but infectious head-nodding beat. Top album, pre-order your copy HERE.

Tony Dee - Blues

Sampling one of Marvin Gaye's all-time classics 'I Heard It Through The Grapevine', here is my favourite track from Tony Dee's latest EP 'Never Blues'. The EP was released on Prospect Records and is just another example as to why people consider Tony Dee to be one of the best producers in the Tech-House scene. Buy HERE.
