Ripped from Example's set at V Festival earlier tonight, here is the first ever performance of a new track from his forthcoming studio album 'The Evolution Of Man', which is set to drop November 18th on Ministry Of Sound. The track is produced by 'Midnight Run' collaborator Feed Me, and although the stream keeps randomly cutting to audio of what sounds like a football crowd, this gives you an idea of what you can expect from the album. A Tribe Called Quest member and Hip-Hop legend Ali Shaheed Muhammad has today been announced for a headline DJ show @ Plan B on September 15th. Support comes from Spin Doctor, Kidkanevil, DJ Excalibah & the Main Squeeze DJs, but it's no doubt that Ali will be the highlight of the show, spinning some of his iconic productions, along with numerous other Hip-Hop/Soul classics. Ed Sheeran took to the biggest stage of his life last night to perform a cover of Pink Floyd's 'Wish You Were Here' for the Olympic Closing Ceremony at Wembley. The 21 year old singer/songwriter shared the stage with Floyd's Nick Mason, Genesis' Mike Rutherford and The Feeling's Richard Jones. A lovely cover, and one of the main highlights of the night.
