After bringing Example out during his set, Ed Sheeran decided ended his performance at V Festival with a special 20 minute version of 'You Need Me', which saw guest appearances from Rizzle Kicks, Random Impulse & Wretch 32. This would have been amazing to witness - see the full set HERE.

Sampling the classic 'Please Don't Go', here is my favourite track from Funky DL's new EP 'Sometimes I Have to Wonder', which is a tribute the iconic Stevie Wonder and a follow up to his incredible Amy Winehouse series. A Tribe Called Quest member and Hip-Hop legend Ali Shaheed Muhammad has today been announced for a headline DJ show @ Plan B on September 15th. Support comes from Spin Doctor, Kidkanevil, DJ Excalibah & the Main Squeeze DJs, but it's no doubt that Ali will be the highlight of the show, spinning some of his iconic productions, along with numerous other Hip-Hop/Soul classics. My favourite mix/edit from Kenny Dope, on the new EP 'In The Forest Pt. 2', which sees the Brooklyn-born legend rework 3 extremely rare tracks from The Original Black Sheep Of The Family.
