Bring It Back: The Life & Rhymes Of KanYe West

Back in 2005 superstar rapper KanYe West dropped into the MTV Base studio with DJ A-Trak to tell the stories behind the rhymes from his first two albums, College Dropout and Late Registration. Jay-Z did a ridiculous MTV Unplugged session, but for me this is the best live session that any rapper has ever done. Here is something new from Emilio Rojas, who is currently preparing his new project for summer. No doubt in my mind that this boy is the hottest upcoming MC right now. Lyrical monster.

Tinie Tempah - Love Suicide (Feat. Ester Dean)

Wasn't really feeling the Wiz Khalifa featured track that leaked last night, but I have a lot of time for this. Both will be on the US re-release of his record breaking debut album, Disc-overy. Don't think he'll need it, but I wish him all the success in the world.

Gravediggaz - The Night The Earth Cried (Katrah-Quey Remix)

Over the past few years Japanese Hip-Hop producers have found their own unique sound; Katrah-Quey is one of those people. This remix is taken from his latest release, Beat Tape Shenmue, which sees original Quey productions alongside remixes of Hip-Hop classics from artists such as NaS, Raekwon, Inspectah Deck and more. If you like this, then you should probably get the album. Smooth.

Pusha T - Open Your Eyes

The lead single and my favourite track from Pusha's debut solo mixtape has now got some really dope visuals to go with it. Have a feeling his debut album is going to be a special moment.

Elzhi - The World Is Yours x It Ain't Hard To Tell

I'm sure many people were sceptical about the ex-Slum Villager taking on one of the greatest Hip-Hop albums of all-time, but I was never in any doubt that this was going to be nothing short of incredible as soon as I had heard 'Detroit State Of Mind'. Elzhi has been one of my favourite MCs for the past 10 years and is lyrically as good as anyone, and I really do mean anyone. The way that him and producer Will Sessions have gone about making this mixtape is flawless - without changing a great deal they have created the perfect tribute to one of the best albums and rappers we have ever heard. This will be the best mixtape of 2011, and I wouldn't be surprised if this is better than any Hip-Hop you will hear this year. Download HERE. Elzhi the greatest.

KanYe West Live @ Coachella

Many people believe that KanYe's performance at Coachella was his greatest of all-time. For me I'm not sure anything will ever beat Jay joining him twice and the Manchester Apollo gig when College Dropout had just been released, but this was absolutely incredible, and you can download the MP3s HERE. A must for any KanYe fan. I still love him.

Edo G - Speak Ur Mind (Feat. M-1)

Here is the second track to drop off Edo's upcoming album, A Face In The Crowd, which will be released on May 17th. This one is produced by Statik Selektah and is just as good as the first single that was produced by Preemo. Could very well be the Hip-Hop album of the year if this is anything to go by. Beautiful.
