SBTRKT - The Light (Feat. Denai Moore)

Uploaded yesterday, 'The Light' is the fifth track to surface from SBTRKT's forthcoming sophmore album Wonder Where We Light and sees the mercurial producer hook up with relatively unknown singer-songwriter Demi Moore, adding to a list of album collaboraters that already includes Sampha, A$AP Ferg & Ezra Koenig. I was lucky enough to see the man himself live at iTunes Festival on Friday and while his set consisted of a mixture of tracks both old and new if that perfromance was anything to go by this album should be very special indeed.

SBTRKT - Live @ Maida Vale

Ahead of this weekend’s Reading & Leeds festival, SBTRKT was joined by Ezra Koenig and Sampha yesterday as he performed a three-track session live from Madia Vale for Zane Lowe on Radio 1. Vampire Weekend's Koenig jumped in on a rendition of new single ‘New Dorp New York’, while Sampha guested on ‘Temporary View’. During the session, SBTRKT also aired ‘War Drums’, a track featuring Warpaint that plays out as a bonus cut on the producer’s forthcoming second album Wonder Where We Land. Alt-J - Every Other Freckle

We've already heard two songs from Alt-J's new album This Is All Yours and now they've shared a third. New track 'Every Other Freckle' sees the former Mercury prize winners once again take on the modern indie rock template and transform it into something totally weird and unique, in a way only Alt-J seem to know how.
