Ed Sheeran was second on the bill, with support from Charli XCX & Rudimental, and the EP of his show is now available to buy on iTunes. It's been a long time coming for some, but Ed Sheeran has announced two dates in Ireland for the beginning of 2013, with tickets going on sale tomorrow (Fri 7th Sept) at 9am. The 21 year old singer/songwriter will first play the Odyssey Arena in Belfast on January 10th, before moving onto the O2 Arena in Dublin the day after. Ed Sheeran took to the biggest stage of his life last night to perform a cover of Pink Floyd's 'Wish You Were Here' for the Olympic Closing Ceremony at Wembley. The 21 year old singer/songwriter shared the stage with Floyd's Nick Mason, Genesis' Mike Rutherford and The Feeling's Richard Jones. A lovely cover, and one of the main highlights of the night.

Last night saw Rizzle Kicks upload the all-star remix for their new single 'Dreamers', which features Pharoahe Monch, Hines, Professor Green, Ed Sheeran, Foreign Beggars & Chali 2na. Heard about this a while ago and have been dying to listen to it ever since - it didn't disappoint. This is a huge moment for UK Hip-Hop, available August 5th.

Whilst in Australia over the past few days, Ed Sheeran revealed to Nova 106.9 that he will be performing at the Olympics Closing Ceremony with legendary Rock band Pink Floyd. The 21-year old singer/songwriter explained that; "I'm doing a song with Pink Floyd, we'll be doing 'Wish You Were Here'. I will take on vocal duties, with Nick Mason on the drums, accompanied by violinist Stephane Grappelli."
