During Capital FM's Jingle Bell Ball at the O2 Arena last night, Wretch 32 brought Ed Sheeran to the stage to perform one of my favouurite tracks from his brilliant sophmore album, Black & White. A top performance from two of the stand-out artists of 2011.
Example & Ed Sheeran (along with Fenech-Soler & Birdy) last night joined Jo Whiley for special annual event, Little Noise Sessions, which is in aid of Mencap, who are a charity based in the UK that works with people with a learning disability. To say thank you for the continued support over the past 12 months (and longer), Ed is giving you all the chance to win a trip to Legoland with him and 3 of your mates. All you need to do is build the best lego house possible and film yourself presenting it, building it or giving a tour of it. Make sure you're creative, because Ed himself will be choosing the winner, and you should all know by now how much of a lego connoisseur he is. You've got till the 11th December to enter, and all the details you need are HERE.
Ed Sheeran, Dot Rotten & Bluey Robinson all feature on my favourite track from Random Impulse's new EP, No Sleep For Winners, which was released on iTunes today. On A Roll has rightfully been getting support from all corners over the past few weeks, and hopefully this EP is going to open lots of doors for one of the most talented unsigned artists in the UK right now. Musicalize return on Sunday 27th November for a special one off charity event @ Proud 2 (O2), which will be used to support breast cancer awareness charity, CoppaFeel. Ed Sheeran, Wretch 32 & Mz Bratt are confirmed as the headline acts, with support coming from A.L., Hatty Keane, Clement Marfo & The Frontline and more, so as you can imagine there will be massive demand for this event and I would advise you to get your tickets ASAP before they sell out. You can find all the information you need after the jump, but early bird tickets are now on sale for a mere £11 and you can pick yours up HERE. Please support a great cause, and have a brilliant night.
