Here is a little something from Reel People’s new album, Golden Lady. The album premieres exclusive new Reel People songs whilst collecting earlier outings from the outfit and a wide sweep of material by artists signed to its Reel People Music imprint – a sister stable to the highly regarded Papa Records. All 10 songs are a must have, but this joint from BSTC & JL is my favourite. Funky as hell.

Here is a bubbling mid-tempo groove from Reel People, which sees Tony Momrelle asking the object of his affections why they just can’t seem to make things work out. Everything about this is beautiful - similar standard to their two previous albums, Second Guess and Seven Ways To Wonder. Can’t wait for this latest release.
