Machinedrum - Kane Train (Feat. Freddie Gibbs)

I love it when a collaboration comes along that you never expected... Machinedrum and Freddie Gibbs is one of those. I wasn't sure what to expect from 'Kane Train' before pressing play, but both the production and Freddie's delivery make it feel like an instant anthem. After hearing this and seeing the feature list, it's made me massively excited to hear the new Machinedrum album 'A View Of U', which drops in October on Ninja Tune - pre-order / save here.

Yes, yes... and YES! Flatbush ZOMBiES have teamed up with James Blake, who provides the production for their latest single 'Afterlife'. The record is accompanied by one of the trippiest videos of 2020, making it another hit for one of the most 'out-there' acts in hip-hop, who just get better and better. Consistently high quality, a variety of sounds, but always feeling like an Engelwood production. This latest one is only two minutes long and makes me want to listen on repeat for hours. Coops - Laws Of Nature

Coops isn't one of my favourite UK rappers, he's actually one of my favourite rappers out there, period. Timeless beat, timeless bars, timeless vibes... His new tune 'Laws Of Nature' sounds like something straight out of 1993, but with some new school flavour. Big up High Focus, each and every time.
