Following the massive Zomboy remix that hit the web just before Christmas, here is Zed Bias' alternative rework of DJ Fresh's catchy new single 'Hot Right Now'. Have a feeling this will be tearing up clubs all across the country in the coming months. Out February 12th.

Garage legend MJ Cole brings us an abstract new single entitled 'Red & Black', which sounds like it's come straight out of a score from an intensely brilliant movie. Extremely different to his usual work and not everyone will enjoy this, but I'm a massive fan, and you pick it up HERE.

It's a week before the end of the year, which means it's time for the first of my two 'Top 100 of 2011' lists. This is the Top 100 Remixes of the year, which mainly consists of my favourite reworks from the cream of the crop when it comes to Electronic music, alongside a selection of Hip-Hop/Soul tracks for good measure. When I started to compile my Top 100 Songs in September, I wasn't going to do a remixes list, but then realised how much of a shame it would be to not appreciate the time and effort that has gone into creating all of these songs that have been smashing up our clubs and blessing our ears over the past 12 months. There are some commercially successful remixes in here, along with a few under appreciated remixes and definitely a couple that you will have missed along the way. Granted there may be a few selections that you would/wouldn't have in your list (or higher than I have them), but for me this covers everything positive that has been released in 2011 and the incredibly wide diversity in sound. Mark Hill, better known as Artful from Artful Dodger, hooks up Garage/Dancehall legend Donae'o for the latest piece to come out of his most recent studio sessions. A lovely track that would work very well as a second single and a follow up to the brilliant 'Could Just Be The Bassline'. Have a feeling Mr. Hill's album will be one to look out for.
