Mosca - Accidentally (Feat. Robert Owens)

Featuring the legendary Robert Owens on vocals, here is my favourite track from Mosca's new EP, which was given its world premiere on Annie Mac's Friday night show. The EP is called 'Eva Mendes' and also features two more tracks called 'Eva Mendes' & 'Murderous', which were given their first spins by Maya Jane Coles & Pete Tong respectively. Mosca is one of the best producers out there right now, and this is one of my favourite tracks of the year thus far - the way he fuses House & Garage makes for the most magical sound. Check out the full EP HERE.

Funk Butcher - Dirty South

Sampling the 'Southern Fried Intro' by Ludacris (along with 'The Breaks' by Kurtis Blow & 'If I Had A Choice' by Silverstone), here is the forthcoming single from Rinse FM DJ/Producer Funk Butcher. Butcher produces a wide variety of music, but this will be dropping on his Houseology label, which mainly focuses on his own House productions, along with Hardhouse Banton and a few other exciting signings. Love the groove and can definitely see this making its way into my next mix and Summer playlist - reminds me of an old Jamie Jones production, which is a very good thing. Dirty South, can you feel me...

Rick Wade - Life In The Colony

Legendary Detroit-born producer Rick Wade released his new album this week on his own label Harmoine Park, which is entitled 'Neverending Reflections'. Although the majority of the album has the familar Deep House sound that we have all come to love, it's this instrumental Hip-Hop track that captured my attention and has been on repeat for the past half an hour. Stunning music, simply stunning. Pur-chase.
