The Raphael Saadiq remix featured on the B-Side of the single's release and was also re-released in 2006 on 'The Lost Tribes' compilation, which was released exclusively in Japan.

'Electric Relaxation' is the second single from A Tribe Called Quest's third studio album, Midnight Marauders, which was released in 1993 on Jive Records. The track contains a sample of 'Mystic Brew' by Ronnie Foster, and the beat is most notable for being a three bar loop, which is very uncommon in Hip-Hop - along with 'Lyrics To Go', this was one of the first instances of such production.
