Deep House Classics

10 years ago I created a playlist - 'Deep Classics'. 🌊
My initial idea was to just include 'Deep House' classics and was based on my love for a certain record called ‘Lovelee Dae’ by Blaze. Until 5 years ago I had no idea that this record had been released by Classic Music Company... and signed by the legendary Luke Solomon and Derrick Carterr, who I now have the privilege of calling colleagues and friends.
Over time (especially the past few years) this playlist has changed into any music that me and Adrienne define as deep... anthems, underground rollers + new shit. Since we went into lockdown, we’ve been digging into our collections and adding a whole lot of amazing tunes into it.
964 songs + 105 hours of ‘deep’ music... Aside from my hip-hop playlist, this is one of the things I’m most proud to have pulled together, especially as it’s with Dre.
