“DJ Jazzy Jeff is working on a new soul/R&B project with up-and-coming songbird and Toronto native Ayah. In preparation for the release of their debut album “This Way”, DJ Jazzy Jeff and Ayah are sharing a healthy sampler that is sure to be put on repeat on your iPod. Those that have already previewed the project agree that the duo is a killer combination. Jeff’s soulful production provides the perfect backdrop for Ayah’s full and melodic vocals.”

And, well, that’s it…! NaS has clearly told Damian that Manchester know their Hip-Hop.

I got sent these two singles the other day and absolutely loved them both. Rodney P is a GOAT, but I have to say that Buggsy impressed me massively. Skitz is a bit of a legend.
Cool low budget video, which I grabbed from trythisforexample.
The first single and video to come from the Strong Arm Steady album ‘In Search of Stoney Jackson’. The album was really enjoyable, but this song stood out like a sore thumb. Madlib was on fine form and there is no way you can go wrong with Phonte on the Chorus and giving you a typically flawless verse. Really simple and cool video. The Foreign Exchange are gonna take over Music this year. Trust me.
Finally - a video that does this song justice.
