My favourite mix/edit from Kenny Dope, on the new EP 'In The Forest Pt. 2', which sees the Brooklyn-born legend rework 3 extremely rare tracks from The Original Black Sheep Of The Family. After shooting into the spotlight with her appearance on the hypnotic 'Spoons' by Rudimental, Mistajam last night pressed play on the debut single from upcoming singer/songwriter Syron, which is produced by The Elite. I knew this girl was special following her feature on the wonderful 'Home Is Where It Hurts' by Solo, which is one of my favourite tracks of the year, and this did not let me down. Beautiful, talented and extremely fresh - one of my favourite finds of 2012. Out September 3rd.

The legendary Idris Elba drops into the Dean Street Studios to help The Milk perform an extremely dope version of their track 'Picking Up The Pieces'. The recorded version of the track will feature on the group's forthcoming debut album 'Tales From The Thames Delta', which is set to be released on September 3rd.

Visuals for the new single from Liam Bailey, who shot into the spotlight after his feature on Chase & Status' hit single 'Blind Faith' last year. This reminds me of Michael Kiwanuka, but with Liam's own twist of modern R&B and crossover Soul, with a hint of Northern Soul for good measure. Big fan, pre-order HERE.

'A Truth Like Fiction' is my favourite track from James Elliot's new 4-track EP 'The People Watcher', all of which feature the enchanting vocals of Deanne Parker. Never heard of James before he got in touch, but if this is anything to go by, then the Manchester-based producer is definitely one to look out for in the future. With her debut album 'Devotion' set to drop on August 20th, Jessie Ware last night dropped off another Julio Bashmore produced jam from the LP, which could well be my favourite track thus far. From start to finish it has a clear 80s vibe, but still sounds so fresh and relevent for 2012. Genuinely cannot wait to get this album in my hands - pre-order HERE.

On the one year anniversary since its release date, Rita Ora today dropped into the Radio 1 Live Lounge to cover One Direction's hit single 'What Makes You Beautiful', and did a sterling job. The last minute is particularly dope. Rita's debut album 'Ora' drops August 27th on Roc Nation.
