What do you make of the Rihanna & Chris Brown remixes?

After much speculation surrounding the former superstar couple, Rihanna & Chris Brown last night went ahead and released two remixes, 'Birthday Cake' featuring Chris Brown and 'Turn Up The Music' featuring Rihanna. Now I'm all up forgiveness, but after reading what Chris Brown did to Rihanna back in 2009, is there anyway that he deserves be forgiven, and be on a track that is basically all about the couple having sex?
