Vice affilaited music platform THUMP goes behind the scenes at XOYO for a special mini-documentary focusing on Eat's Everything recent three-month residency at the London club. Eats, the first of four residents to be asked to play at XOYO every Saturday night this year, his shows were all a sell-out success and, perhaps, mark an interesting revival of a somewhat forgotten clubbing tradition. As Applebottom continues to craft and perfect his sound as a producer, just 2 years after shooting to fame almost over-night with the online release of 'Let You' via the Eton Messy YouTube channel, he yesterday unveiled a brand new track that sees him take a much Bass heavier route than much of his previous work, but which I can guarantee will be shutting down dancefloors around the country, over the coming weeks. Picked up by Zed Bias as the first release on his new Biasonic label, it's fair to say this one bangs.

As Norweigan producer Kygo's burgeoning career continues to go from strength to strength, yesterday provided the perfect follow up to last week's annoucement that he had landed his first No. 1 in his home country of Norway, as Pete Tong played out for the very first time, live on Radio 1, the 22 year-old's official remix of the new single from Coldplay; 'Midnight'. For a producer, who 8 months ago almost no one had even heard of, I'd say that's pretty amazing and just another reason why we have a lot to thank the internet for.
