Sway - Bad Manners (Plan B Freestyle)
To say thank you for the support with 'Level Up' so far this week, UK legend Sway drops off a freestyle over the hard-hitting single from Plan B. That flow is something else!

Master Shortie is back with a new freestyle; this time going in over the Etta Bond featuring and Labrinth produced single from Wretch 32's sophmore album. This will feature on his long overdue mixtape 'Studying Abroad', which will be here very soon.
Produced by the brilliant Ollie Green, here are the visuals for my favourite track from Olly B's new EP 'Mirrors', which was released last month on Sticky Recordings. The 16 year old Birmingham-born rapper/singer has a lyrical talent way beyond his age, an infectious vocal tone and is only going to get better. Get your copy HERE.
Uploaded to Ill Roots yesterday, here is Xaphoon Jones' (1/2 of Chiddy Bang) remix of the most well received track from Rick Ross' latest mixtape 'Rich Forever'. I'm really into this shit.
FINALLY! Following countless rumours circling throughout the music world, it has today been announced that the legendary Hip-Hop artist Q-Tip has signed a deal with KanYe's G.O.O.D. Music, and will release his fourth studio album 'The Last Zulu' in 2013. KanYe & Q-Tip have worked together in the past, with Tip producing tracks on 'My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy' and 'Watch The Throne' with Jay-Z, and KanYe featuring on the remix of 'We Fight/We Love'.
After releasing their self-titled debut album last September, Stones-Throw trio The Stepkids return in 2012 with a remix of my favourite track from their album, featuring verses from Homeboy Sandman and the legendary Pharoahe Monch. Doper than dope.
Last night Stephen Smith caught up with Odd Future for Newsnight to bring one of the most ignorant news pieces on Hip-Hop/Rap I have ever seen to the BBC. The "they've hardly sold any records" is a simply shocking example of news reporting - Steve alone sold 40,000 copies in his first week and 'Goblin' has nearly sold a million copies worldwide. Awful, just awful.
Having recently signed to 360 Records, Scrufizzer releases the visuals for his latest single 'Be Someone', which is produced by Electronic/Trip-Hop producer SamiYam. Wonderful collaboration, and another step in the right direction for the West London-born MC.
Uploaded on February 5th, but only made live today, this is a brand new track from Dot Rotten, which is produced by the man himself. Just another example of Dot's lyrical prowess on the mic.
Described as 'dancefloor soul', 'Keep Up' is the new track from long-term collaborators Ayah & Slakah The Beatchild. As they quite rightly explain: "When we can, we love giving music away for free simply for the pure love and desire to spread real music, uninfluenced by a label, industry or pop culture, but if you like this one, please purchase it, thank you. xo – us". Slakah is a genius.
