Mint Festival announce full line-up

The guys behind the highly respected Mint Club & Mint Warehouse have recently unveiled plans for a new event, Mint Festival. The festival will take place on September 29th from midday-1am @ Lotherton Hall, Leeds, and will see names such as Wolf & Lamb, Jamie Jones, Ben Klock, Joker, Reboot, Michael Woods and many more play the stunning grounds of the hall. The 10,000 capacity festival will host four stages, allowing the festival to bring the city a diverse array of the biggest DJs and live acts in House, Techno, Disco and Drum & Bass. Devlin announces November headline tour

After dropping the video for his new single two weeks ago, Devlin has today announced his new headline tour, which sees the UK rapper set to visit 4 cities in November. The mini-tour will kick off in Birmingham on the 9th, concluding in London on the 13th, with two dates in Glasgow & Manchester sandwiched inbetween. Bickley's Brain Bonanza‏ (July 13th, 2012)

A bit different to my usual posts, but this is close to my heart. Last year at Bestival my friend Jodi Bickley was biten by a tic - 3 weeks later she suffered a brain infection, which led to her having her stroke - it took her 5 months to learn to walk and write again, but her head continues to get worse. She is currently on 19 (yes, 19) tablets a day, but it's not enough, so her friends have gone ahead to contact one of the top neurologists in the country so that Jodi can be seen privately. However, to do this we need to raise some money, and to get the ball rolling, there will be a fundraiser taking place next month in Birmingham.

BCM Announce Full Summer Line-Up & Dates

BCM, the largest night club in Mallorca, have today announced their full summer line-up for 2012. Every Monday will play host to Cream Mallorca, with DJ's such as Calvin Harris, Deadmau5, Afrojack, Avicii and Skrillex making an appearance on the island. Every Tuesday & Sunday will see Mallorca Live take place in the BCM Sqaure, with big names like Example, Professor Green, Rizzle Kicks, Wretch 32 & many more taking to the stage across the next 3 months. Mistajam Presents Speakerbox is also the place to be on Friday's, with a wide array of special guests joining him for what is sure to be a long summer of partying. Krankbrother Street Party in Shoreditch on June 9th

Krankbrother have today announced details for their boldest party yet - a daytime street party right in the heart of Shoreditch on June 9th. They will close down Clifton Street (EC2A) in Shoreditch at both ends, and run a whole afternoon of electronic music, including performances from Wolf & Lamb, Guti, Stimming (Live), Adeline and Krankbrothers. Aside from the music, East London's answer to Notting Hill Carnival will be offering a selection of fantastic foods, top end production and a celebration of a thriving scene. Should be a pretty special day, especially if the weather stays like this.

One Direction set to play Madison Square Garden

After outdoing the likes of the Beatles, Adele, Queen and many more by becoming the first UK act to go straight in at number 1 with their debut album on the Billboard 200, One Direction have today announced that they will be playing at Madison Square Garden this year.
