After seeing him play in front of 5 people nearly 6 years ago, and with him about to embark on UK tour to around 120,000, here is a selection of my personal favourites from Example's live show that sum up the energy levels of the forthcoming arena shows. Please note, this mix does not in anyway reflect the actual set list Example will perform on his tour. Hit the jump for the mix and the tracklist, with tickets still available HERE. Have a good weekend!
Afer returning from a well deserved break in Australia, a newly engaged Example has announced that he will be headlining Rockness Festival this Summer, on a line-up that includes the likes of Basement Jaxx, Jessie Ware, Ellie Goulding & Madness. The festival will be Example's first as the main headline act, but for those who have seen him play in the past, you will already know that he is the king of festivals. Tickets HERE.
Baller B, the man behind the best afro in Britain, hits us with a stomping new Trap mix, which acts as a warm for what you can expect to hear from his sets on the forthcoming Example UK tour. The tour kicks off in Bournemouth on February 11th and the final few remaining tickets are available HERE - the four other support acts are Benga, P Money, Sway & Micky Slim.

As if he hasn't been there enough over the past few years, Example has today announced that he and DJ Wire will be the special residents at Ibiza & Mallora Rocks in 2013. The pair are known for their incredibly tight and high energy sets, and will be blessing the islands with 15 of them across the Summer, with Example taking his live band across for 2 live shows along the way. Promo video after the jump, and all other info is HERE and HERE.
'The Evolution Of Man' is one of my favourite tracks from Example's fourth studio album of the same name, which was released today in the UK. The track is produced by Alex Smith, who also produced the latest single 'Close Enemies', and is a very honest reflection on how EG has grown as both an artist and a person over the past couple years. Get your copy HERE.
'Are You Sitting Comfortably?' is the latest track to surface from Example's fourth studio album 'The Evolution Of Man', which is produced by good pal Skream & continues with the heavily rock influenced theme of this release. The album will be available on November 19th, pre-order HERE.
