Example & Sheldrake present the very first Example Tour Bus CodPast, which sees them joined by special guest David Stewart to discuss all things poddy and casty, coddy and pasty. Hilarious ramblings. Listen & download below.
Here is a track taken from Giggs’ new mixtape, Take Your Hats Off, which is produced by Bayoz Muzik and features Example on the chorus. This is absolutely massive, so I’m looking forward to hearing to the rest of the tape later. You can download it HERE.
Here is Wretch 32’s latest single, Unorthodox, which features Example and uses the Stone Roses classic ‘Fool’s Gold’ as its sample. Have a feeling that this might do pretty well - it’s the perfect follow up to Traktor. You can catch them performing it on the Example tour, which kicks off in Norwich on February 22nd. Hottest Record in the World. (Hit the jump to hear another track off his upcoming album, which features female vocalist, Alex Mills)
Here is the first official single from the super talented singer/songwriter David Stewart, who most of you will know as the guitarist from Example. I heard a rough cut of the track a month or two ago, but he sent me the final version yesterday, and haven’t stopped playing it since. This is a beautiful love ballad that ticks every box for me when it comes to a Pop record. There will be a video coming in the next few weeks, but for now you should go and get your free download HERE. You can also download his cover of Price Tag/Where Is The Love/Back For Good HERE.
Here is the video for the huge single from Skream & Example. Directed by Example himself & The Chamber Bros (Tom & Andrew); this is a video that most young lads can relate to. Raw and original.
Download for free HERE.
Example & Skream filmed a video in Brighton yesterday, which was directed by Example himself, Tom Chambers and his brother Andy (Chamber Bros). This is the tune they were filming for. Absolutely massive.
Have had a mixer with me all Christmas and have been working on a rather large mix with my best mate, but I’ve put this little mix together which includes some of my favourite Example remixes from over the years. A ravey 13 mins that will sound lovely on your iPod. Tracklist after the jump.
Won’t Go Quietly (DC Breaks vs. Vent Edit)
Watch The Sun Come Up (Devil’s Gun Remix)
Two Lives (Wez Clarke Remix)
Kickstarts (Afrojack Remix)
Last Ones Standing (Benny Benassi Remix)
I Don’t Want To (Jack Beats Remix)
So Many Roads (Hervé Remix)
Best performance at T4 Stars of 2010. Track is so much better with Skepta instead of Chipmunk, even if it is an old verse.
Here are the dates for Example’s next tour, which will take place in February & March. Make sure you get your tickets when they go on sale; HERE.
