Although it hasn't been officially announced, it seems as though Example (& DJ Wire) is set to be the special act to join the Rinse FM opening night at Warehouse Project 2012, with the Fulham-born artist retweeting the question "Anyone guess who it is?" in regards to the 'absolutely huge special guest' earlier today. The line-up already included Skream, Diplo, P Money, Zinc, Joker & many more, but the addition of the Dance superstar will undoubtedly take the event to a whole new level. Get your tickets HERE, but be quick, as these are sure to sell out. Example's 2013 arena tour is on sale HERE.
August is gone and September is here, which means that Summer is on the way out, Autumn is just around the corner and Winter isn't too far away at all. However, that doesn't mean the uplifting House is going anywhere, and this mix is a showcase of all my favourite tracks at the minute - one classic, a couple from earlier in the year, but mostly new tracks, with a couple of exclusives for good measure - all are amazing though, and hopefully this is 70 minutes of music that will be sure to put a smile on your face and get your feet moving. Listen and download after the jump, along with the tracklist. Enjoy...
Some smoking hot visuals for my favourite Azealia Banks track to date, which is taken from her EP of the same name. Pick up HERE.
If the line-up wasn't already big enough, Mint Festival have this weekend confirmed that they have added a fifth arena, with the exceptional Disco talents of The Revenge, Greg Wilson & PBR Streetgang taking the stage on behalf of local night Asylum. These are three of the most exciting acts in the Disco world and will be playing alongside the likes of Wolf & Lamb, Michael Woods, DJ Marky, Eddie Halliwell & many more. Check out the full line-up HERE.
After many rumours and hints as to who is going to provide the beats for his fourth studio album 'The Evolution Of Man', Example today took to his Twitter to reveal the full list of producers. Along with the Dirty South produced lead single 'Say Nothing', the production on the rest of the album will come from Skream, Zane Lowe, Feed Me, Benga, Dillon Francis, Tommy Trash, Sheldrake, Alesso, Friction & Dada Life, with the chance of a couple more being added before the November 18th release date. 'Say Nothing' is out September 16th, pre-order HERE.
Foamo & RackNRuin's collaborative project Gorgon City comes through with a wobbly remix of the new single from Progressive House legend Michael Woods. Seems like people in the YouTube comments aren't feeling it, but since when has anyone taken any notice of anything people have to say on YouTube videos? I like it.
A sick bootleg remix of 'Lapdance' by Royal-T, which sees the Rinse producer take N*E*R*D's iconic single down a refreshing Trap route for 2012. The bootleg is to celebrate the release of Royal-T's debut album, which is available HERE.
A terrifically edited video of highlights from this year's Global Gathering festival at Long Marston Airfield in Stratford Upon-Avon. My favourite weekend of the Summer - would advise anyone to make sure that they are there next year.
Some sexy visuals for the new single from Lancaster duo Bondax. One of my favourite tracks at the minute - that vocal is too much. Check out the Justin Martin remix HERE - out September 9th.
