Cold Busted's head honcho Vitamin D adds his own funky flavour to the new single on his label, which comes courtesy of KSOZE. The original is dope, but this edit/remix takes the track to a whole new level. Both will be available June 13th.
ManOnWire brings together a BoomBaptist's instrumental and the vocals from Michael Jackson's 'Butterflies', to create the most amazing mash-up you could wish to hear. One of the most-under-rated MJ songs of all-time brought back to life by BoomBaptist's infectious Hip-Hop sound, courtesy of ManOnWire, a man who can do no wrong at the minute.
Las Vegas-based producer 3LAU takes Porter Robinson's incredible EDM single 'Language' and fuses it with Carly Rae Jepson's worldwide hit single, to create an edit that sounds like an original piece of music, which could be a worldwide hit single itself. A must have for any party DJ this weekend.
Dappa Dubs bring us a fresh remix/bootleg of Mobb Deep's classic, which is backed by one of Detroit producer Waajee's most well-known beats. The best mash-up you will hear for a long time - this is serious.
Sampling the Pharrell produced 'I Know' by Jay-Z, here is a filthy new Dubstep track from The Hi-Yahs, who are giving it away for free to celebrate reaching 2,500 likes on Face(ache)book.
Premiered earlier tonight on Mistajam's show, here is the VIP mix of the quite simply stunning single from Rudimental, which features John Newman on vocals. The four piece production team stripped away all the Drum & Bass elements away, and gave it that hypnotic laid back/glitchy House vibe that was evident in 'Spoons' and the Paper Crows single that I brought you today. Obviously the original is incredible, but this version is on some 2018 shit. Mind = blown by these guys.
Urban Noize are a production duo from Miami who enjoy bringing together completely different genres of music to create a fresh sounding new style. Over the past 12 months they have remixed the likes of KanYe, Lana Del Rey, Jay-Z & Adele, but this one sees them bringing together 'Rule' by NaS & Eric Clapton's 'Change The World'. The outcome, stunning - you would think this was an original song - download HERE.
Freddie Joachim samples one of my favourite tracks from Corrine Bailey Rae's 2010 release 'The Sea', to create a stunning Jazz-infused Hip-Hop reprise that you could just stick on repeat for hours and hours. Corrine sounds even more angelic than usual on this. Download for free HERE.
Although I got to meet him on Sunday night, I was very gutted to miss Eats Everything's set at The Warehouse Project Easter Special, but this kind of makes up for it. The Bristol-born producer has taken Dupree's 1991 House classic, added his own little flavour to it, and brought it right into the 21st Century. Absolutely love this.
