Earlier on today, urban songstress Delilah stopped by Fearne Cotton's Radio 1 show to perform her recently released single "Breathe", along with this sensational cover of Rita Ora's Chase and Status-produced number one smash "R.I.P". The wonderfully talented singer/songwriter Delilah kicked off her debut UK tour in Glasgow last night, which saw her premiere this incredible new album track for the people in attendance. Stripped back to just her voice and the piano, 'Cinababy' is an exciting piece of Soul music and makes me want to hear 'From the Roots Up' even more than before. So much love.

I love Delilah, and every one of her tracks up to this point has been nigh on perfect. She continues this trend with the release of one of my favourites of hers, the emotional 'Breathe' - and the official video dropped just moments ago. A brilliantly shot effort, it takes a creative diversion from her past visuals - which have been predominantly focussed on her - and instead tells a story which befits the atmosphere of the track perfectly. So goddamn excited for her album.

Urban songstress Delilah had some brand new material of her's dropped at the latter end of Mistajam's 1Xtra show last night, in the form of this stunning duet version of her track "Breathe". It features fellow Chase and Status collaborator Liam Bailey on guest vocals, whose contribution here is nothing short of exceptional. The instrumental itself is about a year old, but it has resurfaced as this revitalised 2012 version - and I couldn't be happier. It remains one of my favourite tracks from her - the orchestration is simply perfect. Set to be her next single from her forthcoming debut album From The Roots Up (pre-order HERE), this is just another example as to why this girl is one of the hottest properties on the UK scene.

Here are two of my favourite tracks from Delilah's highly anticipated debut mixtape, 2-4am, which she dropped off as a free download earlier tonight. The stunning singer/songwriter shot into the spotlight following her feature slot on the sophmore album from Chase & Status, but 2012 is the year where she is set to blow the world away with her talents as a solo artist. Her enchanting vocal tone alone sets her apart from anyone else out there right now. Love this girl, get your copy of the mixtape HERE.
