KANT - Nightcall
The latest release from the Black Butter camp comes courtesy of the refreshingly talented KANT, who delivers a chilled yet anthemic sounding groover in the form of 'Nightcall'. Really, really love this - get your copy HERE.
The Six - Too Much Love
Forthcoming on Black Butter Records, here is the first single from a fresh new act called The Six, who are set to feature on Gorgon City's debut album and are going on tour with the chart-smashing duo later this year. An incredibly refreshing sound.
MANIK - Boardcut
Sometimes the B-side is more enjoyable than the A-side, and that's definitely the case with MANIK's forthcoming release on Black Butter. 'Because Of You' is cool, but this blows it out of the water, for me. Pre-order HERE.
Jade Blue & Frequency - Lately
Late last year burgeoning producer Jade Blue teamed up with teenage House produciton duo Frequency in an effort to come up with a collaboration that might get them both noticed. The result was 'Lately', a track quickly snapped up by Black Butter Records and set to be released as the next Deep House installement on the label's hugely diverse catalogue later this month.
Bipolar Sunshine - Drowning Butterflies
Black Butter Records most recent signee, Bipolar Sunshine, shows exactly what made the London label sign him with his latest offering 'Drowning Butterflies', which is also the title track from his forthcoming EP, due out November 11th.
Joel Compass - Run (Feat. Pusha T)
Black Butter Records signee Joel Compass turns to none other than Yeezus' protégé himself, Pusha T, to provide a feature on his brand new single 'Run', due out November 18th. Big collaboration.
Black Butter Records Autumn Tour
One of the UK's most well-known labels right now, Black Butter Records, today announced their forthcoming Autumn Tour of the British Isles, with a little trip over to Amsterdam in there as well. They've invited along some of the best artists in the game right, including family members Rudimental, Kidnap Kid, Woz, Gorgon City, Scrufizzer, M A N I K, My Nu Leng, Drums of Death and Joel Compass. Also, if that wasn't enough, they drafted in Basement Jaxx and Jazzy Jeff for a couple of magic nights in London and Manchester too.
Rudimental added to Black Butter Birthday @ Oval Space
If Black Butter Records' birthday line-up wasn't already powerful enough, they have now announced that chart toppers Rudimental will be headlining the event, which will take place on June 8th at Oval Space in London. The boys will be joining Justin Martin, MANIK, Gorgon City, DJ EZ & Yasmin, for what is sure to be a night that will kick start your Summer in the right way. Remaining tickets available HERE.
