Earlier today, A-Trak took to his Facebook page and posted an article, Mehdi Forever, in loving memory of his late friend and fellow DJ/Producer, Mehdi Favéris-Essadi. "How can I imagine life without Mehdi? It’s a question I never thought I would have to ask myself. Mehdi was without a doubt like a brother to me, a friend well beyond our music ties, a kindred spirit and someone who played an irreplaceable and constant role in my life. Jay-Z did a ridiculous MTV Unplugged session, but for me this is the best live session that any rapper has ever done. Been waiting a long time for a new A-Trak song, but this was definitely worth the wait! Featuring CyHi Da Prynce; this track shows exactly why he is one of the most diverse and talented producers on the planet. It is taken from A-Trak’s upcoming album, Fool’s Gold Vol. 1, which should be dropping on October 25th.
