t q d - Day & Night (Day Mix/Night Mix)

"t q d" is a collaboration between Royal T, DJ Q and Flava D. Their first project has just been unleashed via Butterz records and goodness me am I happy it has. I am fan of both the "Day" and "Night" mixes, but I must say I am definitely more a fan of the former's (proper) northen stomping bassline sound as opposed to the appropriately darker, bass filled relaxed garagey sound of the latter. This project skanks all over the somewhat unimportant line between garage and 4x4 bassline...which any one familiar with the artist involved will not be surprised to hear.

Fingers crossed this is by no means the last we hear from this trio.
