Tuxedo - Tuxedo

Oh yes. This album oozes with class, funk and soul. The effortlessly silky vocals of Mayer Hawthorne and the funky canvases provided by the impressively eclectic Jake One come together perfectly on this retrospective masterpiece. There have been a few bits floating about from these two throughout the past year, including the masterful "Wonderful Christmastime" rework I posted on here, but to finally get an album is a dream come true for me (and hopefully someone else reading this). This is bursting with music for the dancefloor, music to float away on and music that makes you want to find someone to get naked with. Underneath is one of my favourite cuts from the album to whet your appetitie, hope you enjoy it, the album and whatever it is you're doing today.

    The tuxedo is the very old fashioned clothing style that never gets out in the fashion world. It is good that you have posted the tracks of the band here. Just like the tuxedo in clothing the band also can never get out of trend because of such good music.
