Been waiting to hear Jamie Woon’s debut album, Mirrorwriting, for a very long time, and I’m happy to say that it lived up to all my expectations. It’s like Nicolas Jaar & James Blake’s albums merged together, but about 10x better - everything about is stunning, and you can see exactly why it took 3/4 years to make. Below you can hear two of my favourite tracks from the album and you can visit PinBoard to read a review that I fully concur with. Will definitely be one of THE stand out albums of 2011 - be sure to get your copy on the 14th.
