Premiered earlier today on Semtex's show, Lupe Fiasco (who else was it going to be?) joins Sway for the second remix of his huge new single, Still Speedin'. Suppose this is the perfect way for the Chicagoan to pay Sway back for his feature on 'Break My Chain' earlier in the year.
Kill The Noise puts his own unique bass-heavy twist on the massive lead single from Sway's forthcoming album, The Deliverence. Have a feeling this will go down rather well live.
Official visuals for the lead single from Sway's forthcoming third studio album, The Deliverence, which is set for release at the end of 2011 on 3Beat. Big first single, hoping for a huge album. Also, be on the look out for a version with an undisclosed major US feature, dropping soon...
Here is the lead single from Sway's third studio album, The Deliverence, which is finally set to be released later this year. Big bars, an incredibly unique sample and a flow that not many can match = classic Sway. Versions with Kano and an undisclosed major US feature are dropping very soon. H'exciting.
My two favourite tracks from Dutch duo Mason’s debut LP, They Are Amongst Us. The first features UK rapper Sway going in over an incredibly funky rhythm and the second sees the legendary Kurtis Blow being his usual brilliant self. This is infectious pop dance mixed with a bit of disco and is one of the most enjoyable albums I’ve listened to this year. Fun, fun, fun.
Lupe’s long awaited and highly anticipated 3rd studio album, Lasers, is set to be released on March 7th. Below are two of my favourite tracks from it - Coming Up is a piano driven banger, which is produced by The Future and features MDMA who appear on 3 of the 12 tracks. Secondly is the track that I was looking forward to hearing most, Break The Chain, which features Eric Turner & Sway and is produced by Ishi who is a man that has taken the UK music scene by storm over the past 12 months. On the whole this is a massive album, definitely worth purchasing, but I expect more from the next project. Lupe will always be one of my favourite rappers.
Official UK Remix of Bank’s new single dropped last night. Featuring two heavyweights in the game, Sway & Giggs, I’ve gotta say that this is a massive look. They both suit the track down to a tee and definitely do themselves justice. Top quality remix.
