Hideout Festival Croatia 2012 FULL LINE-UP!

Having brought you the initial line-up of acts in November, I am now pleased to announce the full-line-up for Hideout Festival, which sees 30 more incredible acts added to the already monstrous bill. Amongst the new additions are some huge names from all across the Electronic musical spectrum, including Chase & Status, Loco Dice, Seth Troxler, SBTRKT, Shy FX, Benga (who will join best pal Skream) and MANY more. These additions along with the stunning beach location in Croatia make for one of the most unique festival experiences that you will be able to find in 2012, all across world. The hype is continuing to build around the event with early bird tickets selling out already, so if you are thinking of going, then you would be advised to get your tickets ASAP. The Big Chill Festival 2012 Cancelled

Managing director of Festival Republic & The Big Chill festival boss Melvin Benn has today announced that the annual event, which takes place in Herefordshire, has been cancelled because of the Olympic Games. Melvin Benn said:

"I looked long and hard late last year at moving the date so it didn't clash with the Olympics but the mix of the festival fans desire to keep the date and an inability to find an alternative date that works I plumped for maintaining the existing weekend."

Beach Break 2012

Beach Break today announced that tickets for their 2012 festival will be going on sale from February 1st. To celebrate this, they have also launched their new website and the viral video above to give you an idea of what you can expect this year. The South Wales based festival sold out last year, they're expecting the same happen again this year, so if you're into Urban Pop music, then you should get your tickets booked ASAP.

Coachella 2012 Line-Up

Coachella have today released the line-up for this years event, which sees Radiohead, Black Keys and Snoop Dogg & Dr. Dre headline the legendary festival. The line-up also includes Frank Ocean, Swedish House Mafia, The Weeknd, Bon Iver, Florence + The Machine, Justice and many more. The festival will run over two lots of three days, with the same acts playing on both weekends. Many people are raving over this line-up, but for me it's pretty underwhelming. Hideout Festival Croatia made its spectacular debut this summer - a beachside event in a stunning and unique location. The first-time event was a complete sell-out and made an outstanding entrance onto the summer festival scene. Feedback from attendees, artists and clubbing partners has been phenomenal and within days of Hideout 2011 having ended, talk of Hideout 2012 begun. The team are very excited to be currently putting the wheels in motion, preparing to bring you an exceptional Hideout 2012 and can reveal it is already set to be even more phenomenal than the last. Parklife 2012 - Early Bird Tickets

On Friday October 14th @ 9am, the early bird tickets for Parklife 2012 (Manchester) will go on sale. Granted that June 9th/10th seems like a long time off yet, but preparations have started already in order to ensure the festival goes up another level next year. Next Friday will see a very small number of super-saver early bird tickets go on sale at the bargain price of £49.50 for the whole weekend. There will only be 500 of these tickets available and we expect them to sell out very quickly indeed. These will be the only tickets released before the main launch of Parklife early in the New Year. Murkage Live @ Reading Festival

Murkage take to the BBC Introducing stage at Reading festival to perform their incredible Dubstep/Grime/D&B/Hip-Hop set to loads of crazy kids. One of my favourite bands at the minute, so it's great to see their music being embraced by more people. Lots to come from these men over the next few months.

Ed Sheeran Live @ Reading Festival

Ed Sheeran was at Reading Festival today - he performed on the Festival Republic Stage an hour or so ago, but earlier in the day he joined Huw Stephens on Radio 1 for a 3 track session on the BBC Introducing Stage. He performed his hit single 'The A-Team', a cover of the classic 'Feeling Good' and his latest single 'You Need Me', which is currently @ No. 5 on the iTunes chart.
