After bringing you the Smiler remix yesterday, UKF have today unleashed East Coast (of England) duo Mind Vortex's remix of the new single from Dutch producer Don Diablo, which is set for release April 30th. Drum & Bass at its very best.
Released today on the iconic Hospital Records, here are my two favourite tracks from Logistics' latest album 'Fear Not'. The majority of the album possesses the euphoric and soulful Drum & Bass sound we have come to expect from Matt Gresham, but their are clear Dubstep influences throughout, which is evident none more so on the brilliant 'Try Again'. One of the best D&B albums for a while - be sure to pick up your copy HERE.
Dubstep producer/DJ Flux Pavilion featured on Pete Tong's Radio 1 Essential Mix show this weekend, with a stunning two hour mix, which includes many tracks that have influenced him over the past few years and lots of his own productions. One of the most enjoyable Essential Mixes for a while, and has made me even more excited for his full-length debut album. Listen and download below.
Uploaded by UKF today, 'Children' is a new track from Drum & Bass producer Dimension, which features on the Drum & Bass Arena compilation CD. Lovely track, get your copy HERE.
AH YEAH! Here are two new tracks from Drum & Bass producer Jekyll, which will feature on his latest EP, dropping May 7th on the ever impressive Diffrent imprint. Both are really solid tracks, but 'Drainpipe' is one of the best D&B tracks I've heard for a while - grinding and haunting.
Drumstep producer Figure drops off another brand new track, whilst he continues to work on his highly anticipated debut album. The sounds he uses and the structure of his songs are second to none - like a musical journey every single time.
Not a big fan of Mac Miller, but he's laid some cool rhymes down on one of my favourite tracks from Chase & Status' sophmore album, and given it away for free - so who am I to complain?
Leading on from the success of his last EP on Skream's label Disfigured Dubz, Mikal has today unleashed his new single onto the Internet, which is set for a May 7th release date on Uptopia Music, both on vinyl and digital. The track has already received heavy support from Rob da Bank, Kasra and Friction, and you can see why - this really is a head banger.
After being premiered last week as Zane Lowe's Hottest Record In The World, Rudimental have today dropped off the visuals for their new single, which features John Newman on vocals. This, this right here, could quite easily be the Summer anthem of 2012. Out May 28th.
